Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 20th October 2026.

Radley Health is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, including those who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, or voice recognition. We want everyone to be able to find information and get in touch with us easily.

How accessible this website is

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA, the recognised international standard.

This website is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.2 AA standard. We have used the Wix Accessibility Wizard to improve the site's accessibility, but some content may not yet fully meet the standard. We are continuing to review and improve it.

Known issues (if any): None currently identified.

What we have done to improve accessibility

We have adapted this site to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard navigation. As part of this work, we have:

  • used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • set the language of the site

  • set the content order of the site’s pages

  • defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

  • added alternative text to images

  • implemented colour combinations that meet the required colour contrast

  • reduced the use of motion on the site

We checked the site using the Wix Accessibility Wizard. We have not yet carried out a full manual audit (such as keyboard-only and screen-reader testing) or an independent accessibility review, so some issues may remain. We review accessibility regularly and update this statement when things change.

Some elements provided by third parties, such as the appointment booking tool or embedded content, may not be fully within our control; where we identify barriers, we work to address or provide an alternative to them.
